The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing application support, configuration maintenance, incident resolution, release management, and business process enhancements within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. The consultant will work closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure stable and efficient HR operations. Key Responsibilities Application Support & Incident Management Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. Monitor interfaces, scheduled jobs, and data replication processes.
