SAP CPI Consultant (SuccessFactors Integrations) | 6-8 Years Job Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI Consultant with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP third-party applications using SAP Integration Suite (CPI). Experience 6-8 Years Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using SAP CPI (Integration Suite). • Integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Compensation, etc.) with SAP and third-party systems. • Develop and support interfaces using OData, REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON. • Build and enhance CPI iFlows, message mappings, value mappings, and Groovy scripts. • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support. • Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to gather and implement integration requirements. • Monitor interfaces and ensure high availability, performance, and data accuracy. • Prepare technical specifications, integration documentation, and support procedures. Required Skills • 6-8 years of SAP integration experience with at least 3+ years in SAP CPI/Integration Suite. • Strong experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP applications. • Expertise in: o SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite o OData, REST, SOAP APIs o XML, JSON, XSLT o Groovy Scripting o SuccessFactors APIs (OData/SFAPI) • Experience with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and Certificate-Based Authentication. • Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and support experience. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • SAP CPI / Integration Suite Certification. • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. • Experience with SAP BTP, API Management, and Cloud Connector. • Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.
