Lead I - Data Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, cloud technologies, and data engineering best practices to support enterprise analytics and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing. Build and manage data solutions using Snowflake as the enterprise data warehouse. Develop and maintain cloud-native data architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Implement data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization practices. Create and maintain monitoring and observability dashboards using Grafana. Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and application teams to deliver data solutions. Troubleshoot data platform issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support real-time and batch data processing workloads. Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake. Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. Experience with Grafana for monitoring and visualization. Proficiency in ETL/ELT development and data pipeline orchestration. Knowledge of Python, Spark, or similar data processing technologies. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control tools (Git). Preferred Skills Experience with Kafka, Airflow, DBT, or similar data engineering tools. Understanding of data governance and security best practices. Exposure to big data technologies and streaming architectures.
