your primary role will be that of a Technical Trainer. You will work extensively in conducting client trainings to Finacle Clients, Partners, and closely work with Implementation team. This job involves working on technical aspects of Finacle Treasury application and setting up and managing the Finacle environments for Functional Trainings. This also includes developing various training artifacts like eLearning courses, digital manuals, micro learning videos, etc.

You will be expected to ensure your/team’s readiness to handle the training programs. This will include planning and execution of knowledge transfer sessions.

You will ensure prompt closure of vulnerabilities across the training infrastructure.

 You get to work on different areas of Finacle and not constrained to a particular area.

 You get exposure to multiple technologies, as Finacle adopts to the latest technology whenever a new enhancement is released.

 You get a chance to travel around the world and interact with our customers in different countries.

Technical requirements

 Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

 Ability to mentor and enable teams

 Working Knowledge on basics of UNIX/LINUX and SQL/Oracle

 Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts

 Should be willing to take up frequent short-term travels (up to 30 days) to client locations (within and outside India)

 Experience in deploying and debugging Cloud applications.

 Knowledge of software containerization platforms like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or OpenShift.

 Prior work experience in Customization of Finacle Treasury Application.

Bachelor of Engineering

Experience: 5-8 years
