About the job

What success looks like in this role:

Manages a Global Workforce Management team and is accountable for the team’s day-to-day operations.

Guides team members through the execution of various workforce planning, estimating and other duties, including:

&emsp;o Reviewing organizational, program and project requirements to develop and recommend staffing and related resource strategies,

&emsp;o Collaborating with People Analytics, HR Business Partners and business leaders / program managers, to understand staffing data, trends and projections, and

&emsp;o Monitoring workforce data real-time to identify issues and develop resolution strategies.

Works with organization and business leaders to understand anticipated changes and how these will impact staffing and workforce planning.

Evaluates and recommends solutions for issues escalated from team members, internal clients or other relevant stakeholders.

Provides team members with both formal and informal (i.e., on the job) development opportunities.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

0-2 years’ leadership experience
