Key Responsibilities
- Handle Import IGM filing accurately and within timelines.
Coordinate with shipping lines for Delivery Order (DO) release.
Manage complete import shipment documentation to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.
Provide timely shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Process DO/IGM through ODeX and other shipping line/carrier portals.
Follow up with shipping lines, customers, transporters, and internal teams for shipment closure.
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with import procedures.

Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in Import Operations / Freight Forwarding.
Good knowledge of IGM filing, DO release, and import documentation.
Working knowledge of ODeX and shipping line portals.
Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
