We are hiring experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultants with 5-15 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, support, and enhancements.

Gather and analyze business requirements
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios
Support integrations, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
Provide production support and release management
