Manage day-to-day purchasing of non-strategic goods and services based on internal requests.

Source suppliers, request and compare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms for quick-turnaround needs.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and service-level agreements.

Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier data, and pricing information in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa).

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and timelines.

Resolve order issues, delays, or discrepancies with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in spot buying activities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers who align with our quality, cost, and sustainability standards.

Lead end-to-end sourcing activities—from RFQs and RFPs to contract negotiations and supplier performance reviews.

Analyze market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain risks to inform strategic sourcing decisions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies.

Maintain and update supplier databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.

Use procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement Cloud) to streamline sourcing processes.
