Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled UiPath Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath. The candidate should have strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath .
Analyze business processes and identify suitable opportunities for automation.
Develop and maintain attended and unattended bots using UiPath Studio.
Integrate UiPath workflows with web and desktop applications, APIs, Excel, PDFs, emails, and databases .
Develop robust automation workflows following UiPath best practices and coding standards.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements of existing automation workflows.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, technical discussions, and effort estimation .
Prepare technical documentation, solution documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
Collaborate with business users, QA teams, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC .
Monitor bot execution through UiPath Orchestrator and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs .
Implement appropriate exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and recovery processes.
Support deployments and provide technical assistance during production releases.
Required Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development .
Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework .
Experience in developing automation for web and Windows/desktop applications .
Hands-on experience with PDF data extraction, OCR, Excel automation, and email automation .
Good understanding of exception handling, logging, debugging, and troubleshooting .
Experience integrating UiPath with REST APIs .
Experience with database integration and SQL, preferably SQL Server or Oracle .
Basic programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET, or .NET .
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems .
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with UiPath Document Understanding and OCR technologies.
Knowledge of advanced UiPath automation techniques and best practices.
Experience working with complex web and Windows applications.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies .
UiPath certification such as UiPath Certified Professional / Associate or Advanced is preferred.
Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment processes is an added advantage.
Domain Preference
Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance domain will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field .
Relevant UiPath/RPA certifications are preferred.
