•Perform remote monitoring of power-generation assets, with a focus on rotating equipment such as gas/steam turbines, generators, pumps, compressors, fans, and motors.
•Review, triage, and analyze AI-generated alerts, helping determine potential failure modes, severity, and recommended next steps.
•Work with customer teams to validate alerts, capture outcomes, and continuously improve the quality and usefulness of remote monitoring.
•Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for model tuning, retraining, or additional data/configuration to maintain high levels of accuracy.
•Apply knowledge of power-generation equipment, reliability, and condition monitoring to interpret asset behavior and support root-cause analysis.
•Quantify and track customer value, including downtime avoidance, cost avoidance, risk reduction, and improved equipment availability/reliability.
•Support customer operational reviews, performance reviews, training sessions, and discussions around identified equipment issues.
•Contribute to customer case studies, value stories, and internal success summaries.
•Identify process and workflow improvements that increase customer adoption and the effectiveness of remote monitoring.
•Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Consulting, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate documentation and consistent monitoring practices across accounts.
Who You Are
•2–4 years of experience in the power generation sector, ideally in reliability, maintenance, rotating equipment, condition monitoring, or plant operations.
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
•Hands-on experience with power-generation equipment, particularly rotating equipment such as turbines, generators, pumps, compressors, fans, or motors.
•Experience with remote monitoring, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or asset performance management.
•Understanding of reliability concepts such as RCM, FMEA, vibration analysis, failure modes, and root-cause analysis.
•Comfortable working with plant data, trends, dashboards, and analytical tools to investigate equipment behavior.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect technical observations to operational impact.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with both plant/reliability teams and non-technical stakeholders.
•Familiarity with SaaS platforms, analytics tools, industrial software, or AI/ML applications is a plus.
•Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, customer-facing environment.
