Key Responsibilities:

Drive and manage the assigned regional collections team (in-house, outbound, and agency).
Implement collection strategies to achieve monthly bucket-wise resolution and recovery targets.
Identify and empanel collection agencies to ensure optimal coverage.
Conduct field visits to high-risk customers to drive account resolution.
Manage NPA levels and control the overall cost of collections for the region.
Collaborate with legal and central collections teams to maximize recoveries.
Drive collections for charges and late payment penalties.
Present regional performance updates regularly to senior management.
Ensure strict adherence to collection processes, legal guidelines, and code of conduct.
Experience in handling unsecured Loans

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

Prior experience in collections with a digital orientation and strong communication skills.
Experience handling unsecured products (Digital Personal Loan) is highly preferred.
Graduation in any discipline.
Certified Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification required.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
