Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager for our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Madurai. This role involves leading a sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.
Job Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Madurai region.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and other relevant stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage industry.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of LAP products, processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with the Madurai market and customer base is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
