Working as part of the Group People and Resourcing Function, you will be responsible for delivering business-focussed and best practice HR support. Your role will include managing a variety of HR queries and being the first line of contact. You will provide initial guidance, advice and support to Partners. Your proactive approach will support all activities in the Partner Lifecycle team.
As a Partner Lifecycle Advisor, you will be supporting the day-to-day activities that can occur within a Partners Lifecycle while at the firm. You will have knowledge including but not limited to the following key areas, Partner retirement, Movers & Leavers, Maternity & Paternity. The role will entail close working with other HR teams and liaising across the business with key stakeholders. You will be required to be the first escalation point from the business and will ensure all Partner queries are dealt with effectively with a focus on delivering high levels of customer service. Your role will also involve monitoring work completed within EXL for both accuracy & timeliness as well processing any activities based solely within Partner Lifecycle.
You will work on building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, particularly with internal teams such as Partner Accounts, Talent, Immigration and Partner Benefits. Whilst establishing yourself as a credible, confidential and accountable advisor, your ability to challenge and provide sound advice will be instrumental in fostering an essential collaborative environment. Your will work collaboratively across the business ensuring a seamless first-class HR service. Upholding the firms’ values, you will serve as a role model for your stakeholders and within the team.
•Triage, allocate and work tasks from the systems used (Outlook, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors and Appian) ensuring urgent requests are reviewed, allocated and flagged to the appropriate team/assignment group within 2 hours of receipt .Maintain strong working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
•Deal with complex queries, advising on complex policy matters and the first escalation point for Partner queries, ensuing effective and timely solution
•Data entry based on business requirements including SuccessFactors, Appian and Partner Central
•Maintain and update EP distribution lists
•First point of contact for queries
•Managing and working on projects for internal teams such as Partnership Office Ops and Governance
•Be expected to take responsibility for ad-hoc project work and seasonal activities as and when required by the Management Team
•Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues as appropriate to the Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
•Supporting with sharing communications with the wider business
•Take a proactive approach to educating and supporting the EXL team members with queries, performing quality assurance on their work before case completion
•Keeping the Assistant Manager informed of any day-to-day issues
•Contribute to department meetings and lead on specific sessions where relevant
•Promote continuous improvement within the business and internal teams
•Be pro-active in working with both the Management team to improve operational efficiency
•Keep up to date with KPMG policy changes and the wider firm agenda
•Producing complex HR reports from a variety of sources
•Assisting with Partnership Office reporting and MI when required
Support with SOP review and process maps as required
