Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, maintain, optimize, and support enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure , DevOps , and Infrastructure as Code , and will serve as a technical subject matter expert for infrastructure operations, cloud technologies, automation, and platform reliability. This role involves supporting critical infrastructure, leading technical initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving operational excellence across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, maintain, and support enterprise infrastructure, including cloud and server environments.

Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure solutions.

Utilize Infrastructure as Code practices to automate provisioning, configuration, and management of infrastructure resources.

Apply DevOps principles to improve deployment processes, system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.

Monitor infrastructure s, perform triage activities, and respond to incidents appropriately.

Lead infrastructure-related technical projects in collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders.

Support infrastructure-related incidents and escalations across technology teams.

Execute infrastructure operational processes, including patching, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization activities.

Support technology migration and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, policies, standards, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members when required.

Experience

3+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.

Experience in Azure cloud technologies.

Experience with cloud Disaster Recovery methods.

Experience leading IT projects.

Experience implementing advanced cloud configurations, including Infrastructure as Code.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Knowledge

Experience with scripting and automation using Python and PowerShell.

Key Competencies

Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including systems, networks, databases, and applications.

Strong analytical and logical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to assess and respond to operational and security-related incidents.

Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while handling complex technical challenges.

Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities.
