Job Description: Product Designer 1/ Associate III - Product Design

Product Designer 1 will be responsible to design and develop human-centred digital products, that features ease of use, employ best-in-class interaction and visual design, that delivers a delightful customer experience. Collaboratively work with business, technology, and product teams to understand the product vision and translate them into tangible product design propositions.

Contribute to the development of deliverables such as Customer journeys, Empathy maps, Serive Blueprints etc.

Establish the Interaction and Visual Design for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps, kiosks, games and wearables

Work within brand guidelines to create Brand expression and screen layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints

Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes, MVP beta, and production-ready applications by designing user interface elements, UX specifications, by following Design Language Systems and Brand guidelines.

Practice design alongside multidisciplinary teams, including product engineers, product managers and business stakeholders and other designers

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with 5 + years of experience, in a digital design-related discipline: Service Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Visual Communication, New Media Design or Universal design

Experience in a digital design-related disciplines: Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, Storytelling, New Media and Universal design

Strong knowledge and project experience of Service Design of Human-Centred Design (HCD) are mandatory.

A solid foundation in colour, typography, screen layout and visual design with experience in visual transitions, micro animation, motion design and dynamic interaction elements.

Extensive hands-on experience with prototyping and design tools such as Figma (proficient) and Adobe Creative Suite, with capabilities in building design interventions seamlessly using Figma, is highly desirable.

Hands-on experience in envisioning and designing for Products /platforms, working simultaneously on multiple complex design problems.

Experience with generative design and hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools for ideation, design exploration, content generation and workflow acceleration is a desired capability.

Understanding of Web design and Front-end development challenges, including usability, responsive design, browser and cross-platform compatibility etc.

Excellent visual communication, presentation and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.

An excellent Design portfolio showcasing your best of work is mandatory.
