•2-4 years relevant experience in payment investigations (bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals, returned payments).
•Experience handling payment providers or banking partners.
•Comfortable working as an individual contributor.
•Willing to work rotating shifts/night shifts.
•Strong communication and investigation skills.
•Experience in fintech, crypto, PSP, e-wallet, or banking operations is preferred.
