Experience Required:
•1-3 years of professional software development experience building, testing, and supporting applications.
•Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, clean-code practices, debugging, and problem solving.
•Hands-on development experience in at least one backend language such as Java, C#, or Python, together with web development using JavaScript or TypeScript.
•Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and a modern component-based frontend framework such as React, Angular, Vue, or an equivalent technology.
•Working proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, including joins, data validation, and troubleshooting.
•Familiarity with modern development practices such as Git-based version control, code reviews, unit or integration testing, and CI/CD concepts.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working in a global team.
•Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
•Ability to collaborate across time zones, including reasonable overlap with U.S. colleagues when needed for team meetings, releases, or production support.
