Job Title: Yardi Voyager Functional Consultant

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Remote

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Voyager Functional Consultant to join our team and support our real estate clients in multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi Voyager functional modules, real estate business processes, and client-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional expertise in the following Yardi Voyager 7s modules:

Leasing (Commercial & Residential)

Procure to Pay

Finance

Periodic / Revised / Turnover Billing and Revenue

Facilities Manager

Collection Manager

Deal Manager

Fixed Assets

Unit Sales

Lead and participate in Yardi Voyager implementation projects, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Consult clients on best practices for Yardi Voyager implementation and operations.

Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation.

Document client-specific processes, business solutions, workflows, and configurations.

Coordinate with Yardi support (Client Central) to resolve open issues and service requests.

Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Work onsite at client locations across the Middle East (as required).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Yardi Voyager.

Proven hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager's core functional modules.

Experience in Yardi Elevate modules will be an advantage

Prior implementation experience in Yardi Voyager modules is highly preferred.

Strong exposure to the Real Estate domain.

Excellent documentation, presentation, and business analysis skills.

Strong understanding of real estate financials, leasing, property management, and asset management workflows.

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory .

Possess a valid passport and willingness to travel within the Middle East region.
