About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of strategic platform capabilities and services. This role requires a strong product leader who can define and evolve the product vision while aligning it with business priorities, customer needs, and technology objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in product management, payment platforms, cards & payments, platform modernization, and enterprise-scale product delivery.

What You'll Do:

Define, own, and continuously evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform capabilities and services.
Align product investments with business objectives, customer expectations, and operational priorities.
Drive data-driven decision-making using customer insights, business metrics, market trends, and product analytics.
Lead products through the complete lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Translate business requirements into well-defined product features, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
Partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure products meet scalability, reliability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.
Manage product backlogs, sprint planning activities, prioritization discussions, and release planning within Agile frameworks.
Collaborate with technical teams to define platform architecture and integration strategies.
Drive platform modernization initiatives and enterprise product transformation programs.
Work closely with stakeholders to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Establish strong relationships with internal customers, external partners, vendors, and technology teams.
Lead product demonstrations, roadmap reviews, and executive-level product discussions.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous product enhancement.
Monitor product performance and define strategies to maximize business value and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance standards applicable to payment platforms.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
10 to 15 years of overall experience with significant experience in Technical Product Management.
Proven experience managing highly technical products, enterprise platforms, or platform services.
Strong experience within the Payments Domain, including Cards & Payments platforms and services.
Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and scaling enterprise software products.
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform engineering concepts.
Experience working in SAFe and Agile product delivery environments with global cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern platform delivery models.
Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, or hybrid cloud environments.
Knowledge of Microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed platforms.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Experience managing API-driven products and platform capabilities.
Experience in messaging, communication platforms, digital notification services, or related domains.
Strong expertise in product discovery, customer research, and UX-driven product development.
Understanding of compliance, governance, reporting, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Proven ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across multiple business units.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance technical and business considerations.
Demonstrated leadership experience in product vision creation, roadmap planning, and business outcome ownership.
Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives while delivering scalable platform solutions.
