Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare auctions in Ariba, publish auctions and conduction in secured and governed environment

Conduct reverse auctions to procure goods and services for the organization.

Organize and oversee English, Dutch auctions, Japanese auctions, forward auctions

Ensuring transparency and efficiency in the auction process.

Maintain records of e-auction activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering , commerce or related field.

2-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the GCC industry.

Technical Skills:

Hands on experience of e-auction on Ariba or other platform.

Good knowledge of MS products & word, Excel

Experience in conducting e-auctions in the GCC industry.

Proficiency in e-auction platforms and tools.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
