Your work profile:
As a Manager in our SAP practice, you will:
Lead SAP MM workstreams across large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation programs.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement and inventory management requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
Drive solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Design and implement processes across Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, Release Strategy, Logistics Invoice Verification, and Material Valuation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, EWM/WM, and Ariba to deliver integrated business solutions.
Lead client workshops, fit-gap assessments, process design discussions, and solution validation sessions.
Manage project risks, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Review functional specifications, testing artifacts, training materials, and project documentation to ensure delivery quality.
Mentor and coach team members, providing functional guidance and supporting their professional development.
Support practice development initiatives, proposal development, effort estimation, and pursuit activities.
Key skills required:
8-12 years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP MM.
Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation programs.

Procurement & Purchasing
Inventory Management
Material Master & Vendor Master Data
Release Strategy
Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV)
Material Valuation & Account Determination
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Inventory Management processes.
Strong understanding of integration between SAP MM and SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, and EWM/WM.
Experience managing client stakeholders and leading offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience within Retail, Consumer Products, FMCG, Grocery, Fashion, or E-commerce industries.

Merchandise Procurement
Store Replenishment
Distribution Center Operations
Omnichannel Inventory Management
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP EWM, SAP Fiori, or SAP MDG.
SAP S/4HANA or SAP MM certification.

Qualifications:
