Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Developer with hands-on experience in Einstein Personalization to deliver real-time, behavior-driven customer experiences across digital channels.

The role focuses on implementing personalization strategies, campaign execution, and front-end integrations to enhance customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sitemaps to track user behavior and capture interaction events across web/mobile platforms

Design and execute personalized campaigns , including dynamic content, templates, and targeted experiences

Build and manage product catalogs , attributes, and recommendation strategies

Create and maintain custom user attributes and event schemas

Define and implement audience segmentation based on behavioral and contextual data

Develop and manage decision strategies for content, offers, and recommendations

Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance

Integrate personalization solutions with external systems using APIs and SDKs

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Experience in event tracking, sitemap configuration, and web SDK implementation

Expertise in catalog setup, user attributes, and campaign configuration

Strong understanding of real-time personalization and decisioning frameworks

Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques

Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Einstein Personalization / AI-driven recommendations

Exposure to multi-channel personalization (web, mobile, email)

Understanding of customer journey orchestration

Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem

Key skills required:

Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design.

Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects.

Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.

Aware of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce.

Ability to develop all project related documents like requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual etc.

Handling a team and also responsible for client deliverables.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in Data Processing Engine (DPE), Decision Tables, and Business Rules to design, implement, and optimize loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and marketing teams to enable personalized customer engagement using Salesforce Data Cloud and decisioning capabilities.

Desired Qualifications:

Developer – 5 - 7 years of experience

Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS

Good verbal and written communication skills

Base location: Pan India
