Job Summary:

The Staff Delivery Manager at BP International Limited is responsible for leading the successful delivery of sophisticated digital products and services, fostering an agile and collaborative environment, and ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital products and services, using agility core practices to drive efficient and effective development cycles.
Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, collaborators, and external partners to ensure alignment and exchanged views of project goals.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing clear updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Champion customer-centric thinking throughout the delivery process, ensuring solutions are built with user needs and impact in mind.
Drive creativity and innovation within the team, encouraging new insights and approaches to problem-solving.
Navigate and supply to the understanding of complex digital ecosystems, idenseeing opportunities challenges.
Apply strong facilitation skills to lead workshops, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Influence collaborators and team members to achieve project outcomes and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
Promote knowledge sharing practices within the team and across the organization.
Lead through ambiguity, providing clear direction and motivation in dynamic environments.
Be responsible for and optimize the build process, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
Lead team performance, providing mentor, feedback, and development opportunities.
Cultivate and maintain strong partner relationships to facilitate successful project delivery.
Guide and support prototyping efforts to validate ideas and iterate on solutions rapidly.
Create and measure the impact of delivered solutions, using data to advise future strategies and improvements.

Job Qualifications:**

Demonstrated expertise in applying agility core practices in a delivery management role.
Proven track record to foster teamwork and effectively connect with complementary teams and collaborators.
Strong understanding of customer-centric build principles and experience in ccraftingimpactful solutions.
Experience operating within and navigating complex digital ecosystems.
Outstanding facilitation and influencing skills.
A track record of leading teams through ambiguity and driving successful outcomes.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing build processes and prototyping methodologies.
Experience in managing team performance and developing talent.
Strong skills in partner relationship management.
Ability to build and measure the impact of delivered products and services.

Travel Requirement

Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role
