Hiring | Sr. QA/QC Engineer

SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced Sr. QA/QC Engineer to join our Pune team.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across project sites.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with applicable quality standards and project requirements.
Support internal and external quality audits and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
8–10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
Proven experience in high-rise residential and commercial building projects is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, quality standards, inspections, testing, and documentation.
Experience in implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Ability to coordinate effectively with site execution teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
