We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong SQL Developer who is passionate about data and eager to build a career in Master Data Management (MDM).

The ideal candidate may not have prior experience in Semarchy MDM but should possess strong expertise in SQL development, database design, data modeling, and performance optimization. The candidate will be trained and mentored to become a Semarchy MDM Consultant and contribute to enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

SQL Development & Database Engineering

Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and scripts.

Analyze and optimize SQL performance for large datasets.

Perform query tuning and troubleshooting using execution plans and database performance tools.

Design and maintain efficient database structures.

Data Modeling & Data Management

Design logical and physical data models.

Analyze relationships between business entities and data objects.

Support data quality, data governance, and data standardization initiatives.

Identify duplicate and inconsistent data records and propose resolution approaches.

Collaboration

Work closely with business analysts, architects, data governance teams, and stakeholders.

Participate in requirement analysis and solution design discussions.

Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.

Learn and contribute to Semarchy MDM platform implementation.

Configure data models, workflows, validation rules, and business rules.

Participate in matching, duplicate management, survivorship, and golden record creation processes.

Support integration of master data across multiple enterprise systems.

Total Experience Expected: 4-8 years

BE / B.Tech/ MS/ M.Tech/ MCA
