About the Role:

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for generating high quality leads for luxury real estate projects through various sourcing channels including brokers, channel partners, and direct client networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage lead generation channels (brokers, CPs, referrals, digital)

Build a strong network of channel partners and real estate consultants

Generate qualified leads in the luxury segment (HNI/UHNI clients)

Conduct initial client discussions and requirement mapping

Share qualified leads with the closing team for conversion

Track lead quality and conversion efficiency

Key Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sourcing or channel sales

Strong broker/channel partner network in Mumbai

Good understanding of luxury real estate market

Strong networking and relationship-building skills
