Role Overview: The Site Head is responsible for driving site sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, leading high-performing sales teams, and achieving business objectives. The role involves managing end-to-end site operations, developing sales strategies, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Revenue Management

Lead the site sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, driving conversions, and ensuring profitable business growth.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop sales teams to enhance productivity, improve performance, and foster a high-performance culture while minimizing attrition.

Operational Excellence

Oversee daily site operations, CRM management, MIS reporting, profitability tracking, and ensure smooth execution of all sales processes with high operational efficiency.

Business Development & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, Channel Partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

Strategic Planning & Compliance

Develop sales strategies, monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and ensure compliance with RERA and organizational policies while driving continuous business improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.

Sales conversion ratio, booking closures, and inventory movement.

Team productivity, retention, and achievement of individual sales targets.

Customer satisfaction, CRM compliance, and operational efficiency.

Profitability of the assigned site through effective planning, cost management, and stakeholder engagement.

Skills & Competencies

Must Have

8–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Strong team leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics, MIS reporting, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Good knowledge of RERA regulations, real estate documentation, and market dynamics.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

Good to Have

Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

Experience in managing multiple project sites or large sales teams.

Strong Channel Partner and developer network.

Expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, and profitability management.

Exposure to digital sales platforms, automation tools, and business intelligence dashboards.
