About the Role

Drive sales of school books and digital learning solutions, build strong customer relationships, expand market reach, manage distribution channels, and achieve sales, revenue, and collection targets while effectively using CRM tools and market insights to support business growth.

Role Responsibilities:

Promote School Books and LMS solutions into schools through effective Consultative Selling and strong Product and Service Knowledge.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through a Customer-Focused approach and Communicates Effectively competency.

Identify potential customers and drive market penetration using Business Development and Market Intelligence capabilities.

Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales with channel distribution partners using strong Negotiation Skills and Persuasion.

Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue, and collections by demonstrating a strong ability to Drive Results and apply Business Insights.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate with preferably a professional degree/diploma in marketing management.

Minimum 2- 8 years

Openness to travel

Good communication skills, strong marketing & selling abilities, high enthusiasm, drive and ability to quickly understand the academic publishing market and the product.

Should be good at relationship building, communication skills and driving results
