Primary Responsibilities:

Support product strategy, roadmap execution, backlog management, and delivery planning for CDFT and related workforce planning solutions
Partner with existing product ownership to define priorities, clarify requirements, and drive execution across multiple workstreams
Support emerging Optum Health Capital App work, including requirements intake, workflow definition, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination
Translate complex workforce planning, financial planning, capital planning, portfolio management, and operational requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Coordinate across finance, portfolio management, operations, technology, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to keep work moving and decisions clear
Drive backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-release feedback loops
Help assess and support transition planning for future enterprise headcount forecasting platforms
Partner with technical teams to ensure product requirements are feasible, scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise direction
Track open questions, risks, decisions, dependencies, and follow-up items across multiple stakeholder groups
Support adoption planning, user communications, training readiness, and support model design for workforce planning and forecasting capabilities
Use enterprise-approved AI and productivity tools to improve product management workflows, documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communications
Monitor product usage, user feedback, data quality concerns, and operational pain points to inform ongoing enhancements
Prepare clear updates, decision materials, and product documentation for business and technology leadership
Help ensure product work is organized, transparent, and moving at the pace required by senior stakeholders
Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

Graduate degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in technical product management, technology delivery, business systems analysis, technical program management, software delivery, or related roles
4+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, workforce planning tools, financial planning systems, analytics platforms, resource planning solutions, or operational technology products
3+ years of experience with backlog items, process flows, requirements documentation, or technical product specifications
Experience partnering directly with engineering, analytics, finance, operations, and business stakeholders
Experience leading backlog refinement, prioritization, UAT, release readiness, and stakeholder review discussions
Experience managing multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment
Experience using data, reporting, or analytics to inform product decisions
Solid communication skills with the ability to summarize complex topics clearly for senior stakeholders
Ability to operate independently, drive follow-up, and bring recommendations forward rather than waiting for direction

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar certification
Experience supporting workforce planning, headcount forecasting, capacity planning, financial forecasting, capital planning, portfolio management, or PMO processes
Experience with healthcare technology, enterprise technology operations, or financial planning and analysis processes
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Query, Power Platform, or related analytics and reporting tools
Experience working with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum delivery models
Experience supporting enterprise product migrations, support model setup, operational readiness, or platform adoption
Experience incorporating automation, AI-assisted workflows, predictive forecasting, or decision-support capabilities into business applications
Experience preparing executive-ready updates, product roadmaps, decision logs, and stakeholder communications
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across India and US time zones
Technology and Tool Exposure - Agile delivery tools such as Jira, ADO, or Rally

Financial planning, portfolio, or capital planning platforms
