Primary Responsibilities:

Design and Execute Quality Engineering Strategy - Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and validation strategies to ensure quality across application releases, customer onboarding, and platform modernization initiatives
Drive AI-Enabled Test Automation - Utilize Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 AI, and MIRO AI to generate test scenarios, accelerate test design, improve test coverage, and validate customer use cases efficiently
Lead Playwright Automation Framework Development - Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites using Playwright to improve release quality, reduce manual testing effort, and support continuous delivery objectives
Performance and Scalability Testing - Execute and maintain JMeter-based performance, load, and stress testing to validate system scalability, reliability, and customer experience under varying workloads
Support Customer Migration and V2 Adoption - Validate customer transitions to V2 environments, ensuring successful template conversions, configuration validation, and end-to-end business process testing
Ensure Release Readiness and Production Quality - Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance validation to ensure application stability and readiness for production deployments
Support Production Validation and Defect Management - Investigate quality issues, reproduce defects, collaborate with engineering teams on root-cause analysis, and verify fixes to maintain platform reliability
Collaborate Across Engineering and Product Teams - Partner with developers, product owners, architects, and customer onboarding teams to define quality requirements, improve testing practices, and ensure successful delivery outcomes
Provide Offshore QA Coverage and Operational Continuity - Serve as the primary offshore QA resource supporting testing activities, customer onboarding, release validation, and production support, ensuring continuity of quality engineering operations during offshore hours
Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA Automation, or Software Testing
4+ years of experience in AWS
2+ years of experience in Java/Python to manage performance testing initiatives using JMeter
Experience validating applications across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and supporting application release cycles
Proven solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Proven ability to support customer migrations, application validation, template conversions, and production support activities
AI & Automation Qualifications - Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 AI capabilities, and MIRO AI for productivity and quality engineering activities
Experience using AI tools to improve QA efficiency, test coverage, and requirement analysis
Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and testing practices
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to generate test scenarios, test cases, and customer use case validations
Technical Competencies - Experience with JMeter for performance, load, and scalability testing
Experience with test case design, automation framework development, and defect management
Experience supporting enterprise applications with a focus on reliability, performance engineering, and quality assurance
Knowledge of API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates.
Familiarity with modern Quality Engineering and SDET best practices
Proven expertise in Playwright test automation framework for web application testing
Professional Skills - Experience collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to ensure quality deliverables and operational continuity
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of API, web applications, and end-to-end testing methodologies
Proven solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset
Proven ability to lead QA Initiatives
Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with developers, architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.
Proven solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Proven ability to support customer migrations, template conversions, application validation, and production support activities

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of experience on AWS or equivalent cloud certification
Experience building AI-driven test development and automation using Playwright, monitoring enhancements, or self-healing test scripts
Experience supporting enterprise communication, messaging, or large-scale distributed platforms
Experience implementing AI-powered operational intelligence, predictive monitoring, or automated remediation solutions
Knowledge of FinOps practices, cloud cost optimization, and capacity planning
