Primary Responsibilities:

Provide operational support for critical business applications and infrastructure
Lead and participate in P1/P2 incident management activities, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication
Troubleshoot complex production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to restore services
Ensure all incidents and service requests are resolved within defined SLA and SLO targets
Contribute to and continuously improve SRE practices, operational excellence, and service reliability
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring incidents
Manage incident backlog and prioritize remediation activities
Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, observability, and dashboard solutions
Implement automation solutions for operational tasks, deployments, monitoring, and compliance activities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges at enterprise scale
Leverage AI and automation technologies to improve incident detection, operational efficiency, and decision-making
Explore innovative solutions to enhance reliability engineering practices and operational workflows
Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during critical incidents and major events
Identify opportunities to reduce toil through automation and process improvements
Support disaster recovery (DR), high availability (HA), and business continuity initiatives
Leverage AI and automation technologies to improve incident detection, operational efficiency, and decision-making
Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
Be available and responsive during critical business events, production issues, and escalations
Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or similar
Proven experience handling critical P1/P2 incidents in large-scale enterprise environments
Solid experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Operations Engineering
Solid understanding of SLA, SLO, SLI, and incident management processes
Solid scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages
Proven excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

SRE, Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications
Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries
Experience supporting large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures
Knowledge of Kubernetes, container platforms, and cloud-native architectures
Exposure to AI/ML technologies and operational AI solutions
