Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

8-12 years of overall IT experience including 6 years of handson experience in the implementation configuration and support of PROS Smart Price Optimization Management SPOM and PROS CPQ solutions across multiple client engagements

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and understand pricing and quoting requirements and recommend scalable solutions leveraging outofthebox PROS Pricing and CPQ capabilities

Design and develop detailed solution architectures technical designs and implementation approaches aligned with client business needs and enterprise standards

Lead the implementation and integration of PROS Pricing within customers technology ecosystems ensuring seamless interoperability with enterprise applications

Possess strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud systems to integrate PROS Pricing and CPQ solutions with Salesforce

Provide guidance and best practices to customer integration teams regarding PROS integration architecture web APIs and data exchange frameworks

Define integration mappings and support endtoend integration with ERP CRM and other enterprise systems

Collaborate closely with the PROS Product and Support teams to troubleshoot resolve and escalate productrelated issues

Mentor team members and provide technical leadership during implementation and support projects
