Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using GoLang and Java Springboot and modern front-end frameworks (e.g. HTML5, React)
Support and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and UX to deliver high-quality software solutions
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose adoption wherever beneficial
Usage of AI Tools like Claude/Codex, Github Copilot, PR Code Review and other latest AI tool set

Builder Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of professional experience in software development
Solid experience with front-end technologies: GoLang, HTML5, Java Springboot, JavaScript, and frameworks like React
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
Knowledge of latest AI technologies, AI tools, Claude/Codex, Github Copilot, Figma etc.
Good Knowledge in DevOps tools and practices: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/ARM/Bicep
Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
