Senior Project Manager – Learning Content Delivery | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only
Infopro Learning is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead project management for a Design Studio delivering large-scale learning content development for a global client. This role owns planning, sequencing, and delivery governance across the Studio's full portfolio of content projects, from brief through to released asset.
This isn't a coordination role. You'll run sprint and production planning, manage capacity across instructional designers, learning developers, and multimedia designers, and engage directly with client stakeholders as a trusted, senior-level partner, including pushing back and resetting expectations when a request needs to be reshaped.
What you'll own
•Project plans for every learning content project running through the Design Studio, from brief acceptance to final release
•Sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for the Studio's production cycles, keeping instructional design, development, and multimedia work flowing without bottlenecks
•A rolling capacity plan across the design pods, forecasting demand against available capacity and flagging shortfalls early
•Risk and issue logs for the content portfolio, with mitigation tracked through to closure
•Scope changes through a documented change control process
•Hand-offs between solutions architects, design pods, and the deployment team, with version control across the asset repository
•Direct client relationships, including clear, candid guidance when scope or timelines need to be reset
What you bring
•8+ years of project management experience delivering digital learning content or comparable creative/production work, including senior-level client-facing responsibility
•A track record managing complex, high-stakes client relationships directly and confidently
•Experience running multiple concurrent content projects to fixed deadlines
•Hands-on experience with Agile/sprint-based planning alongside traditional plan-driven delivery
•Experience managing capacity and workload across instructional designers, developers, and multimedia specialists
•Working knowledge of the learning content lifecycle: storyboarding, authoring, QA, LMS deployment
•Comfort with project management tooling (Jira, Monday.com, MS Project)
•PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred; Bachelor's degree required
Occasional international travel to client site may be required for milestone reviews or design workshops.
If you thrive on turning a complex content pipeline into predictable, on-time delivery, and you're ready to be a trusted voice with clients, we'd like to hear from you.
