Role Objective:

Partner with HR and business leaders to transform workforce data into actionable insights, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and strategic recommendations that improve talent outcomes, optimize workforce decisions, and enhance organizational effectiveness

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights and workforce recommendations

Analyze workforce trends, including headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, and talent outcomes

Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models to identify risks and recommend actions

Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and workforce analytics reports

Lead strategic workforce planning through forecasting, scenario modeling, and capacity planning

Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights and executive presentations

Drive workforce metrics governance, data quality, and reporting standardization

Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and business teams on analytics initiatives

Automate reporting processes and enhance self-service analytics capabilities

Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and identify opportunities for improvement

Promote data literacy and enable evidence-based decision-making across HR and business functions

Stay abreast of emerging trends in People Analytics, AI, and workforce intelligence to drive innovation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

8-12+ years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HRIS, or Business Intelligence

Skill Set & Experience Background:

Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and HR data visualization

Experience with Workday reporting, workforce analytics, predictive and prescriptive modeling, and executive dashboard development

Demonstrated ability to translate complex workforce data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and data storytelling skills
