We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Senior Motion Graphic Designer to conceptualize and produce compelling motion graphics and animated content for digital-first campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with creative teams, client servicing, and production to transform ideas into engaging visual stories across social media, digital platforms, and integrated marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for digital, social media, video, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Client Servicing teams to translate concepts into engaging motion content.

Develop storyboards, animatics, and animation concepts aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics, visual effects, typography, transitions, and sound synchronization.

Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards, project timelines, and client expectations.

Coordinate with production teams, video editors, and external vendors to deliver seamless campaign execution.

Stay updated with the latest animation techniques, motion design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Optimize motion content for multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistency across formats and devices.

Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Support new business pitches by creating visually impactful presentations, mock-ups, and animation concepts.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Editing, or a similar creative role.

Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and digital creative work.

Excellent understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.

Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Animate, or similar 3D/motion design tools is an added advantage.

Strong video editing and post-production skills.

Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Ability to adapt creative concepts across multiple platforms and formats.
