1 Having 3-5 years of experience in the Production support role

3 Good to have idea on support process like Incident and Change management
4 Having experience in testing the application issues as well
5 Having good communication skills to handle the calls with client and vendor
6 Production support 24/7 Willing to work in night shift and oncall support
