About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Migration Consultant to lead enterprise collaboration transformation initiatives involving migration from Webex and Zoom to Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing existing collaboration environments, defining migration strategies, implementing Teams-based solutions, and driving user adoption across large enterprise organizations. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, Microsoft Teams Meetings, Teams Voice, Teams Rooms, governance, adoption, and change management. The candidate will work closely with infrastructure, networking, security, and business stakeholders to deliver successful migration and collaboration modernization programs.

What You'll Do:

Assess existing Webex and Zoom collaboration environments and evaluate migration readiness.
Analyze meeting usage patterns, collaboration workflows, user requirements, and platform dependencies.
Design migration, coexistence, and transition strategies for Microsoft Teams adoption.
Define Microsoft Teams meeting architecture, governance frameworks, operational models, and best practices.
Plan and implement Microsoft Teams Meetings, Teams Voice, Teams Town Halls, and Webinar solutions.
Support workplace modernization initiatives through Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment and adoption.
Develop migration roadmaps, deployment plans, communication strategies, and adoption programs.
Conduct migration assessments, discovery workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
Deliver administrator and end-user training programs to ensure successful adoption.
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and business teams throughout migration activities.
Define governance policies covering meetings, collaboration, compliance, lifecycle management, and external access.
Support executive communications, large-scale meetings, enterprise webinars, and Town Hall events.
Perform network readiness assessments and workload analysis for Microsoft Teams deployments.
Monitor migration progress, user onboarding, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
Identify migration risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Provide strategic recommendations for ongoing Microsoft Teams optimization and governance.

Expertise You'll Bring:

8–12 years of experience in enterprise collaboration, unified communications, Microsoft 365 consulting, or workplace transformation.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Meetings and enterprise collaboration technologies.
Proven experience leading Webex-to-Teams migration projects.
Proven experience supporting Zoom-to-Teams migration initiatives.
Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and Meetings solutions.
Hands-on expertise with Teams Town Halls, Webinars, and large-scale virtual events.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration services and governance frameworks.
Experience driving Microsoft Teams adoption, change management, and user enablement initiatives.
Expertise in workplace modernization and collaboration transformation programs.
Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment, configuration, management, and support.
Knowledge of PSTN integration, Audio Conferencing, and enterprise voice solutions.
Experience conducting network readiness assessments and collaboration workload analysis.
Experience supporting executive events, leadership communications, Town Halls, and enterprise webinars.
Strong understanding of coexistence strategies involving Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom.
Experience defining governance, compliance, security, and operational best practices.
Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into scalable collaboration solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience delivering large-scale training, enablement, and adoption programs.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to lead collaboration transformation initiatives from assessment through migration and adoption.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Meetings, Teams Rooms, Town Halls, Webinars, and Microsoft 365 collaboration workloads.
