•Support the Valuation team in preparing valuation reports for clients, which include: - o Physical inspection of the property subject to valuation
•o On-site market research, and desktop research
•o Preparing market data, and conducting analysis to come up with value indications
•o Writing valuation reports
•o Discussing and presenting the valuation process and the value conclusion to clients, and other interested parties
•Gather information on real estate listings and transactions
•Organize and maintain databases for internal use
•Conduct market interviews, qualitative and quantitative research when needed, including regular field work
•Respond to queries of valuers and clients regarding the listings and transactions
•Graduate of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical), Real Estate Management, or business (Finance, Management) courses
•At least five (5) years of industry experience is required
•Must be a licensed Real Estate Appraiser / Registered Mechanical Engineer
•Proficiency in income approaches to valuation is an advantage
•Licensed Real Estate Broker and/or licensed Real Estate Consultant is an advantage
•AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
•Proficient in MS Office applications particularly in Word / Excel / PowerPoint
•Good command of both written and spoken English
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
