We are currently seeking a R2R Consultant- SAP FICO to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

JD 1: R2R Consultant- SAP FICO

Key Terms of Reference:

Evaluate existing Record to Report processes and recommend improvements.

Design and implement streamlined processes in projects and assets area to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, and operations to gather requirements and align on process improvements.

Configure and customize systems to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Define data requirements and oversee data migration activities during system implementations.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into record to report processes.

Analyse data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive data-driven decisions.

Prior knowledge of handling IT Controls for operational systems holding finance data will be appreciated

Willing to work in UK time zone

Summary Description for the Role:

The role holder will be part of the SAP FICO (R2R) engineering team within BT Digital, and will be responsible for designing and building solutions in SAP S/4HANA system.

Key responsibilities are:

Configuration and design in SAP S/4HANA.

Ability to take ownership of solutions, from design stage to deployment.

Support testing – CIT/E2E/UAT

Analyse code and review designs

Experience on cloud platforms a plus

Work with geographically diverse development teams

Stakeholder management

Work in Agile and Waterfall delivery models

Conduct Show & Tell sessions with business users, propose solutions which provide business value to users.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in engineering from recognized institutions.

Proven experience 8-12 years in record to report process optimization and system implementation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of an organization.

Functional knowledge of financial process.

Skills/Experience:

Relevant professional experience, relating to both business process and technical aspects of the role.

Candidate should have a strong background in SAP Project Systems (PS), Investment Management (IM) and Asset Accounting (AA) modules.

An experience in SAP Controlling (CO) module will be an advantage.

Experience with data conversions, data migrations and interface implementation is expected.

Hands on experience with Application Interface Framework (AIF) is expected.

Experience with other Financial Accounting (FI) modules is an advantage.

Exposure to SAP Central Finance (CFIN) will be appreciated.

Experience in Agile development practices preferred.

Strong communication skills, and ability to influence stakeholders
