Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA AI Automation Lead Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software testing and automation. The candidate will lead QA activities, develop automation frameworks, and drive AI-assisted testing to improve product quality and testing efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the QA team and manage day-to-day testing activities.
Good understanding of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and API applications.
Create and execute automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
Handle API testing and automation using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
Integrate automation testing with CI/CD pipelines.
Review test cases, automation scripts, and test results.
Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams.
Utilize AI-assisted testing tools for test-case generation, test optimization, and test analysis.
Improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall QA processes.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and ensure timely delivery of testing initiatives.
Skills & Requirements
4+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing.
Experience in team handling, mentoring, or QA leadership.
Strong knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
Good programming knowledge in JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience with API testing, Postman, and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and Agile methodology.
Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Experience or exposure to AI-assisted testing / AI testing tools.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
