Project Manager II

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales & Project/Program Manager to drive business growth through solution consulting, proposal management, client engagement, and successful delivery of strategic programs. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of pre-sales expertise, stakeholder management, project governance, delivery oversight, and business transformation experience. The candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, practice, and customer leadership teams to develop winning solutions and ensure seamless execution of projects and programs. Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales & Solutioning Engage with clients to understand business challenges and requirements. Lead solution discussions, discovery workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions. Prepare and review RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses. Develop effort estimations, solution approaches, project plans, and pricing models. Create compelling proposals, presentations, and client demonstrations. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to define winning strategies. Support contract discussions, scope definition, and transition planning. Present solutions and value propositions to customer leadership teams. Drive opportunity qualification and contribute to revenue growth.
