Lead I - Software Engineering

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders. Develop APIs, integrations, and backend services as required. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Create and maintain technical documentation. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or Go. Experience with object-oriented design principles and software development methodologies. Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and web technologies. Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools. Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
