Lead I - Software Testing

Primary Skills: Data QA/ETL Testing Description:  Job Summary: We are looking for a Data QA Engineer to validate and ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data across ETL pipelines, databases, and reporting systems. The candidate will work closely with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to identify defects, develop test cases, and support end-to-end data validation. Key Responsibilities: Validate data loaded into databases, data warehouses, and reporting platforms. Create and execute test cases for ETL/data pipelines. Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation. Write SQL queries for data analysis and defect investigation. Track, report, and verify defects through resolution. Collaborate with development teams to ensure data quality standards are met. Required Skills: Strong SQL knowledge. Experience in ETL/Data Warehouse testing. Understanding of database concepts and data validation techniques. Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.). Knowledge of data quality, reporting, and analytics testing. Experience: 3-7 years in Data QA/ETL Testing.
