Project Manager I

ServiceNow Program Manager • Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM projects. • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and governance activities. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives. • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. • Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and delivery schedules. • Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide status updates to senior leadership. • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. • Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and external stakeholders. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
