Project Manager I

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through closure while ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget. Key Responsibilities Manage projects through the complete lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports. Coordinate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items. Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. Conduct regular project governance and status review meetings with key stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication on project status, risks, dependencies, and escalations. Monitor resource requirements and coordinate resource allocation across project activities. Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements. Manage project changes through appropriate change-control processes. Track project performance against agreed milestones, KPIs, and delivery commitments. Support Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery methodologies based on project requirements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project execution. Prepare management reports and project updates for leadership and governance forums. Mandatory Skills Strong experience in Project Management and end-to-end project delivery. Strong stakeholder and client management skills. Experience in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Strong knowledge of risk, issue, dependency, and change management. Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps. Good to Have PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent project management certification. Experience working in large enterprise/client-facing environments. Knowledge of budgeting, resource planning, and project financial tracking. Exposure to Agile transformation or scaled Agile delivery. Experience handling multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
