Lead I - ML Engineering

Job Description We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Node.js, React, and AI/ML technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing AI-enabled applications, integrating AI/ML capabilities with backend services, and building scalable, responsive web applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML-enabled applications and solutions. Develop backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js. Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js. Integrate AI/ML models and services into enterprise applications through APIs. Develop REST APIs and microservices for communication between frontend, backend, and AI services. Work with Generative AI/LLM-based solutions, including integration of AI APIs and services. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and application troubleshooting. Follow software engineering best practices for maintainability, scalability, security, and deployment. Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and end-to-end application development. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on development experience in Python. Strong experience with Node.js and backend/API development. Strong frontend development experience using React.js. Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices. Hands-on exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI application development. Experience integrating AI/ML models or AI services into applications. Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Good knowledge of software development practices, Git/version control, testing, and debugging. Good to Have Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications. Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and vector databases. Exposure to frameworks such as LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Understanding of Docker, CI/CD, and containerized application deployment. Exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases.
