Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage Digital Transformation Programs in Sourcing and Procurement.
Lead and manage multiple S2P Platform implementation projects
Lead and Implement digital S&P platforms covering requirement gathering, inputs in solution design and technology, process maps, creating BRD’s, manage relevant internal and external stakeholder conversations, oversee and conduct UAT and support final handover.
Transform / Transition processes for a client utilizing various technological interventions.
Design solutions and explain value proposition and business benefits to clients.
Analyze business processes and run diagnostic activities.
Application of AI / Gen AI principles in S2P processes.
Identify relevant KPIs and factors: Define business metrics relevant to the client’s Procurement function & take complete ownership for driving their improvement
Conduct data reviews, works with relevant Enterprise information management teams to organize the data capture and models for data analysis and develop actionable insights.
Project collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams
Project governance: Ensure compliance to governance model. Seek and manage customer feedback in order to ensure strong customer satisfaction on projects
Technical requirements
Excellent knowledge of S2P processes.
Data analysis and interpretation skills – proven skills in Excel modeling & analysis
Digital Procurement & Analytics
Hands on experience of Procurement tools like Ariba / Coupa or similar preferably having been part of an implementation cycle.
Should be AI/Gen AI aware
Exposure to building data models, basic statistical concepts and analyzing data & interpreting results
Knowledge of SAP ECC Tables or fields, transaction codes, reporting and analysis.
Good to have knowledge on integration API’s, payloads with relevant data points
Exposure to RPA and Process mining tools (Celonis) will be an advantage
Strong story-telling skills to deliver recommendations from data analysis – proven skills in PowerPoint, in a business-case presentation context
Fluent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
