Role

The role will be responsible for building and strengthening the companys brands by developing integrated

communication strategies that enhance brand equity, consumer engagement, and business growth. The role will

lead consumer-facing communications across global and premium product launches, campaigns, lifestyle media,

digital platforms, influencers, and experiential marketing, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative

across all touchpoints

Managing and safeguarding Hero MotoCorp's corporate reputation across diverse stakeholders while

responding to fast-evolving media, regulatory, and business developments under tight timelines.

 Translating complex business, technology, sustainability, and financial narratives into clear, consistent,

and impactful communication for multiple audiences.

 Balancing the priorities of senior leadership, business functions, legal, and external agencies to ensure

aligned messaging without compromising accuracy or confidentiality.

 Handling high-pressure crisis and issues management, where timely decisions, sound judgment, and

effective stakeholder coordination are critical to protecting brand trust.

 Operating in a dynamic, always-on communications environment that requires flexibility, discretion,

frequent travel, and availability beyond regular working hours to support business priorities and

unforeseen situations.

A Day in the life

Brand Strategy & Communication

 Develop and execute integrated brand

communication strategies aligned with marketing

and business objectives for premium and global

segments

 Translate brand positioning into compelling

communication that resonates with target

audiences.

 Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging

and tone of voice across all channels.

 Build long-term brand equity through product

storytelling.

Product & Launch Communications

Lead communication planning and execution for

new product launches, brand campaigns and

market launches.

Develop integrated communication plans covering

earned, owned, shared and paid channels.

Partner with Product, Marketing and Sales teams to

maximize campaign impact.

Consumer PR & Media Relations

Build strong relationships with lifestyle, consumer,

automotive and digital media.

Drive proactive media engagement to enhance

brand visibility.

Identify high-impact editorial opportunities and

feature placements.

Manage product reviews, media drives, launch

events and experiential engagements.

Agency & Creative Management

 Manage PR, creative and influencer agencies.

 Ensure high-quality campaign execution within

timelines and budgets.

 Evaluate agency performance and optimize outputs.

Measurement & Insights

 Track campaign effectiveness using media reach,

engagement, share of voice and brand health

metrics.

 Generate insights to improve future communication

strategies.

 Benchmark competitors and identify emerging

communication trends.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Masters degree in Marketing,

Communications, Journalism or Business

Administration.

Relevant Experience

 10+ years of experience in brand

communications, consumer PR or integrated

marketing communications.

 Experience in a leading B2C organization

especially automotive is preferred.
