Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

Create robust end-to-end, functional, regression, smoke, and integration test suites.

Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks and utilities.

Execute cross-browser testing across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Implement API testing and validation as part of automation workflows.

Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines.

Analyze test execution results and investigate failures.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure product quality.

Create and maintain test documentation, reports, and automation metrics.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and defect triage activities.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.

Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.

Experience in UI and Web Application Testing.

Knowledge of Playwright features including:

Auto-waits

Browser Contexts

Network Interception

Parallel Execution

Page Object Model (POM)

Experience creating automation frameworks from scratch.

Understanding of REST API Testing.

Proficiency with Git/GitHub and version control practices.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
